In the Convert Module click on the PDF to Excel option.
You can decide which pages should be converted.
PDFescape will ask you whether you want it to sort your PDF in a few ways, choose the one that’s best for your needs:
Tables On Separate Sheets: This will convert the file in a way where each table opens in its own separate sheet within your Excel document.
Text Only: This will simply convert the PDF as is and display the text values on a spreadsheet.
Text and Tables: This will convert both text and tables into your spreadsheet.
Click the Browse ... button to change where PDFescape will save your file.
When you are ready, click on Convert in order to make your PDF an Excel file.
At the top of your document, you will see a status update advising you of the progress. In the event, you want to stop the conversion, click on Cancel.
When your file is finished converting the status will update to Done and your file will open in Microsoft Excel (unless you opted against this).
You can close the Notification Bar with the X on the right.
In the event you have any trouble with conversion, click here for help.
We provide a quick conversion tool for users to convert the file without opening up any program. Navigate to the part of your computer the file is saved. Right click on the file. Expand the PDFescape Desktop option and choose Convert to MS Excel.
