How to Turn Off Automatic Renewal for My PDFescape Account

You can turn off automatic renewal for your PDFescape Account at any time. Head to your account area here:

• Click the Disable button. 

You'll see the page updated to show that Auto Renew is set to Disabled. You will not receive further charges. 

In case you are not able to access the PDFescape account to cancel the renewal (ex. ex-employee), please contact the customer service team directly with the email address in question. Our team will assist you with the cancellation.
